As to 4. Configure your account, the user is prompted with the below error:

Possible cause 1
Your user type is not Member.
Go to Azure Active Directory -> Users, and check your user type is Member but not Guest. BigAnimal only supports Member users.
If not, then please engage your Azure administrator to set you as Member.
Possible cause 2
Only the Azure SaaS subscription creators could complete that.
So when someone else tries to configure the account, the error 'You are not the Beneficiary' will be prompted.
First of all, double-check if BigAnimal is in the list below:
If not, please engage Azure Global Admin or Azure Privileged Role Administrator, go to BigAnimal Portal, and Login via Sign in for Azure Marketplace users. Need Admin Approval page will be prompted automatically.
If BigAnimal is on the list, then either the BigAnimal SaaS creators continue to configure account or you can create / configure a new SaaS.
Please note, that changing ownership of the SaaS will not help.
