If you purchase BigAnimal from Azure Marketplace, the Azure tenant may have multiple subscriptions for different departments, projects, and so on. For example, subscription A for the Dev team, subscription B for the Test team....
An Azure tenant can have only one BigAnimal SaaS offering being subscribed.
This document is to give a high level suggestion to BigAnimal users who want to change subscription for BigAnimal SaaS offering at Azure Marketplace.
Please note: Change subscription will delete all the related resources in the old subscription.
Step 1 Delete existing resources from the old subscription
- Delete PG clusters from BigAnimal (So this means all the old data will be removed)
- Open a support ticket - engage BigAnimal Support to remove all the resources created for BigAnimal in the old subscription. The resources need to be removed include regional resources, customer resources.
Step 2 Cancel Subscription from the old subscription
Please pay attention, the Change Azure subscription option CAN'T be used in this scenario.
Step 3 Subscribe BigAnimal SaaS offering in the target subscription
Step 4 Configure the account again
