Resolving issues signing in with AWS credentials
Description
Error "We couldn't verify your sign-in credentials. Please try again." is returned, see the below screenshot as an example. This means you are using the incorrect credentials to sign in.
Resolving the issue
Ensure that the Username and Password are correct.
If your browser prevents you from logging in, clear your browser's cache and cookies, try to sign out and sign in again with the correct Username and Password.
Resolving issues signing in with No access
Description
Error "Something went wrong. We could not sign you in to your service provider" is returned, see the below screenshot as an example. This is caused by the user unassigned to the application.

Follow step #12 in the instructions at Steps to configure AWS SSO as your Identity Provider to assign the user to the application.
